I build systems that bring revenue

Alex Zhizhkun

My name is Alexey, and in business and brand positioning I use Alex.

I graduated from a military academy with a specialization in automated control systems. Later my worldview changed fundamentally: I became vegetarian and pacifist.

Today I live and work in Armenia and use my skills for constructive goals: digital solutions for hotels and tourism businesses, including websites, CRM, and automation that simplify operations and increase revenue.

In work I value three things: integrity, clear thinking, and execution energy, in that exact order.

Hobbies: fitness for health (running, pull-up bars, kettlebells), chess, guitar, and books. Favorite book: Neale Donald Walsch, Conversations with God.

My Approach

I believe small and medium hospitality businesses do not need overloaded IT systems. You need a working tool that solves a specific task: getting bookings.

Instead of building a spaceship for months, we launch an effective version in weeks and start collecting data and leads immediately.

Why Tourism?

I tested different niches and deliberately chose tourism in Armenia. In my view, this market has strong growth potential, and digital solutions here create fast practical results.

Armenia welcomed me very warmly, and I feel at home here. I consider it my duty to be useful to this country through my work.

Good Fit / Not a Fit

We are a good fit if:

  • You want systematic growth of direct leads and revenue.
  • You are ready to implement changes, not only discuss them.
  • You assign an owner and provide feedback by milestones.
  • You see digital as business investment, not a one-time button.

With decision speed and implementation discipline, we can build a system that gives measurable results.

We are not a fit if:

  • You expect free work or a "do first, decide later" format.
  • You need a magician, not a working system.
  • You are not ready to invest budget and attention into implementation.
  • You are not ready to make decisions and move by plan.

While decisions are delayed, the market does not wait: competitors strengthen direct channels and take your clients' attention.
